THE STORY BEHIND "TESTING THE WATER"
"Testing the Water" symbolizes the magic of nature's creation and the 'cold feet' we often feel when trying something new and daunting.
Just like testing the water, we're cautious, afraid we might fall, but it's essential to take risks and try new things to grow.
This painting is part of my large surreal coffee art series and marks my first attempt at capturing a landscape with such detail and precision.
As a nature lover, hikes are my battery chargers, and I drew inspiration for this piece from our family vacation in Mammoth Lakes, CA.
