  • Do we accept returns?
    We accept returns within 30 days of getting your item. Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and shipping package, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will process a refund for the amount of the item only (not includes shipping costs) after its arrival. The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Digital downloads
  • What if my package is lost?
    !!!!! Please double check your shipping address !!!!! If your package is returned back to me for incorrect address, I can reship to you - but you will be responsible for the additional (resending) shipping charges. Meital's Art is not responsible for items that are marked as delivered and didn’t get to the customer. Please contact your local post office if this happens - they can help you track down your package.
  • What should I do if my package stopped at the customs?
    International shipping and customs fees Please be aware that shipping to outside of the US can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Please take this into consideration before placing your order Meital's Art does not pay any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees. Those fees are the responsibility of the customer. Your local post office could give you your country's customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end (This information can be found online as well)
